Membership
The membership committee works to recruit appropriate new members, process the application of potential members and walk prospects through the responsibilities of being a Queen City Rotarian. Once an application is submitted to the club secretary, this committee takes over to make sure prospects are welcomed and walked through the membership process.

Administration (membership retention)
The administration committee handles everything we do on Thursday mornings, from the front desk, attendance, the programs and even Rotary outings (these do count as meetings, after all).

The communication committee makes sure all club members know current and future plans. In addition, this committee lets the outside world know what we're doing through updates to our website and public relations efforts.

The scholarship and awards committee is a mix of our youth scholarships and the Paul Harris award.
