On Saturday, October 12th, don’t be surprised to see lots of activity throughout Manchester as the Queen City Road Rally takes place! This event is a scavenger hunt on wheels, where teams compete against each other to figure out clues and puzzles to find their next destination in the quickest time with the most correct answers. The event starts at 4:00pm at St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral at 650 Hanover Street in Manchester and ends at the same location where teams enjoy a great buffet of homemade food and award ceremony to recognize our Road Rally Champion!
This event has been organized for over 30 years by the Queen City Rotary Club. Old and new teams alike love the challenge! So what skills do you need to have fun and win? Puzzle solving skills, a good imagination, team work, a vehicle to navigate through Manchester and most of all…a sense of humor! All proceeds benefit Greater Manchester youth, with the club recently donating over $50,000 to 40 youth related charities this past May. So you’re not only having fun but you’re giving back to your local community.
Registration fee: $150 per car, after September 30th price increases to $175.
